This 747SP was actually manufactured for Braniff of Texas. But that airline did not take delivery and so it initially went with the US-registration N1301E to CAAC, from which in 1988 Air China was developed. Ten years later, it was purchased by an Australian leasing company and supposedly hasn’t flown since. Diecast metal airplane in 1:500 scale, printed (not decaled), in meticulous detail. Made for the real enthusiast! All aircraft come assembled.
